Qualifications and responsibilities for this Constriction Coordinator opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in the commercial MEPFP industry
- B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and BIM software
- General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines
- Oversee MEPFP contractor coordination and manage BIM coordination, including conflict resolution using AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
- Interface with the project design team, owner's representatives, and contractors, providing scheduling input for MEP trades
- Coordinate onsite MEP activities and materials procurement, communicating progress and preparing reports as needed
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and MEPFP-related issues, ensuring quality control and adherence to installation guidelines
- Commercial, municipal, hotels, casinos, and high-rise project types

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
