Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Architect opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in architectural design for hospitality, education, healthcare, or commercial projects
- Experience in business development and fostering new client relationships in the Nashville market
- Experience managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination
- Experience working directly with contractors and resolving complex technical and design issues
- Lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on various projects, handling programming, strategy, design, space planning, consultant coordination, documentation, construction, budget, and schedule management
- Work with external entities such as consultants, regulatory agencies, vendors, and contractors to achieve project goals; communicate effectively with the project team and clients
- Provide design and documentation support, and resolve technical and design challenges to produce innovative and constructible solutions
- Establish and maintain ongoing, predicting client relationships

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
