Qualifications and responsibilities for this Corporate Controller opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Proficient in data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable and vendor payments
- Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Sage is a plus
- Must be able to deal with the unions and tax credits
- CPA is preferred
- Oversee accounting functions, including managing invoices, payments, and compliance for assigned projects
- Provide assistance to project teams regarding accounting-related queries and needs
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and compliance document tracking
- Generate various reports (Payroll, A/R, Contract Status, Job Cost) and handle owner billings and job cost report modifications

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
