Qualifications and responsibilities for this Restoration Project Manager opportunity include:

- 2+ years of restoration project management background, construction project management
- Must have residential experience, commercial highly preferred
- Past experience with TPA (third party adjusters) highly preferred
- DASH CRM software experience is a plus
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Coordinate with clients and insurance carriers to manage structural loss claims, including initial site visits and damage documentation
- Prepare and revise estimates in compliance with Third-Party Administrator (TPA) guidelines, ensuring project management aligns with TPA deadlines and requirements
- Conduct quality control through job site visits, ensuring site safety, overseeing subcontractors, and verifying the quality of work
- Handle financial aspects including creating and managing budgets, Profit & Loss (P&L) sheets, invoicing, collections, and maintaining weekly accounts receivable and payable reports

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities up to $10,000 - $30,000.
