Qualifications and responsibilities for this Steel Fabrication Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of Supervisory/Managerial experience in the Metal Forming and Fabrication industry
- Knowledge of metal fabricating processes and equipment
- In-depth understanding and working knowledge of welding, including MIG, TIG, and Robotic CNC technology
- Ability to read and understand production drawings, good knowledge of measuring tools and product tolerances
- Coordinate operational schedules and oversee welding activities to guarantee product quality and production efficiency
- Supervise the setup and programming of welding and manufacturing equipment, including CNC laser, plasma, brake press, rolls, and shears
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality procedures, and good manufacturing practices by all employees
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including conducting interviews and training new employees, and ensuring timely completion of production paperwork

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
