Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Construction Sales Representative opportunity include:

- Must have a sales background
- Strong understanding of precast and hardscape products
- Become an expert in company products, processes, and industry developments
- Conduct Lunch & Learns and presentations to promote product awareness
- Create and execute new customer acquisition plans, including performance milestones and budgeting
- Identify and engage potential designers and installers, demonstrating the value of products for their projects
- Build new relationships to expand sales, negotiate and develop proposals and contracts, provide sales training, and assist in market research

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus commission.
