Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent opportunity include:

- 15+ years of experience in construction supervision and/or project management
- Background in data center projects is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in all aspects of MEP construction
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints, schedule projects
- Proficiency in Procore and MS Office Suite
- Supervise Electrical, mechanical, plumbing projects on site

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
