Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator / Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction project management or estimating experience
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and experience with Autodesk/Procore project management software
- Experience in using Accubid or similar estimating software
- Ability to provide project cost projections and organize an estimate
- Ability to read and evaluate specifications and blueprints
- Oversees the transition from project estimation to fieldwork, including pre-construction meetings, ordering materials, managing delivery schedules, and obtaining necessary permits and inspections
- Handles financial aspects of projects, including creating a Schedule of Values for payments, preparing payment requests, and approving material payments
- Manages end-to-end project elements, including job closeout procedures
- Projects include federal, institutions, and healthcare facilities

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
