Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Construction Estimator / Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of electrical Project Management or electrical field experience
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Low Voltage Systems
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, and experience with Autodesk/Procore project management software
- Experience in using Accubid or similar estimating software and providing accurate project cost projections
- Participates in project estimation and change order processes, including Pre-Bids and cost estimation
- Oversees pre-construction meetings and handles material ordering, scheduling, and permit applications
- Prepares project budgets, monitors financial performance, and ensures projects stay on track
- Coordinates with subcontractors, develops progress schedules, and communicates updates
- Manages financial transactions, including creating payment requests and approving material payments
- Projects include federal and higher education institutions

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
