Are you interested in working for UDRI, a national leader in scientific and engineering research, serving government, industry and nonprofit customers? Our Warner Robins, Georgia location invites qualified candidates to apply for our Associate Cold Spray Production Planner opening!

This position is located at the Advanced Technology and Training Center (ATTC) – Warner Robins, GA. This position provides manufacturing/sustainment operations support for aircraft and vehicle sustainment technology development and transition including vehicle maintenance, aircraft maintenance and ground support equipment. This position will support the Cold Spray Technologies Group and will report to the Cold Spray Technologies - Middle Georgia Team Lead. Duties will include ERP document creation/management, conducting shop floor audits to ensure accuracy of data in ERP system, report generation and analysis of data, inventory management, and project/task tracking and scheduling. In addition, this position will be responsible for the coordination, compilation, and facilitation of periodic CS metrics and provide logistical support for CS projects.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in business management, finance, operations management, Engineering/technology, OR 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using E2 Shoptech ERP software
• Shop floor management and operations experience with responsibility for any of the following: productivity, machine utilization, or scheduling
• Inventory management
• Experience in working with stakeholders throughout the manufacturing process to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal re-work
• Highly organized and substantial attention to detail - able to enter large amounts of data accurately
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Due to requirements of our research contracts with the U.S. federal government, candidates for this position must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, operations management, engineering/technology, and/or 2+ years of experience in production control or production management in a machining/manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, or equivalent
• Experience using E2 ERP software
• Experience with inventory management within a manufacturing environment
