Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Manager opportunity includes:

- 3-5 years of practical experience in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design or related Project Management field
- Experience working with wood and stone
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to read and understand construction documents
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Salesforce is a plus
- Serve as the primary technical liaison among clients, sales, and corporate teams, guiding project concepts, design, CAD drawings, cost estimation, and signoffs
- Identify and address potential concerns regarding site conditions, design validation, and change orders, maintaining client rapport and clarity on project scope and deliverables
- Coordinate due diligence for the internal team, sales team, and clients, facilitating smooth project execution
- Projects include countertops, flooring, hearths, etc.

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
