- Work collaboratively with teams of engineers and scientists assisting clients with environmental regulation compliance
- Collect data, develop data analytic spreadsheets, draft permit applications, support regulatory filings
- Provide technical understanding and interpretation of framework, approach and solutions pertaining to projects
- Travel occasionally to client facilities
- Support organizational projects as needed
Ideally you have:
- B.Sc. degree in engineering, atmospheric science, environmental science, chemistry or equivalent
- 2-7 years of progressive experience in Alaska air quality, water, wastewater or spill prevention permitting, compliance monitoring, record keeping, reporting
- Above-ground experience (essential)
- Excellent customer service skills, strong critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- GIS or AutoCAD experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be coachable, a team player, self-starter, detail-oriented, and patient
