Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator opportunity include:

- 2+ years’ experience as an estimator and general contractor
- Project experience up to $10 million is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred
- Familiarity with construction practices, costs, and procedures
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and construction management
- Knowledge of B2W, HCSS, Excel, and Microsoft Project
- Coordinate with senior management for estimating and identifying new bid opportunities
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing for estimates and proposals
- Attend site visits and meetings related to bids
- Assist in meeting bid cost goals and job margins
- Maintain estimating systems and records for management review
- Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates align with project scope

Salary: $80,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
