Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction General Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager of a small business (20 people or less)
- Experience working on small scale/fast paced commercial projects under $6M
- Proven track record in managing construction projects, teams, and financials
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools
- Oversee the company's financial management, including P&L statements, cash flow forecasting, and strategies to maximize profitability
- Optimize processes for increased efficiency and cost reduction, and implement best practices in project management
- Maintain strong stakeholder relations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and building relationships with clients, suppliers, and others
- This is a remote position

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
