Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of land development experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in FL
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and ICPR (Interconnected Pond Modeling)
- Experience with water and wastewater distribution systems, surface water management systems, drainage systems, and roadways
- Experience with construction and final site plan preparation for review by local governmental agencies
- Oversee professional and technical engineering tasks, focusing on engineering design and review
- Produce plans for land development design and conduct quality assurance reviews on plans and documents
- Manage commercial and residential development projects, offering value-oriented design suggestions

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
