Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager - Design
Company: Mahathi Infra Services

Job Description:
  • Designing & Detail Engineering of Storage tanks, Pressure vessels, mounded bullets, spheres, Package equipment’s in compliance with international & IS standards (API 650, ASME Sec VIII div 1 & 2, IS 803, IS 2825, and EN standards).
  • Preparation of data sheets, Material requisition, and Technical Bid evaluations.
  • Conduct equipment design calculations for Storage tanks and Pressure vessels.
  • Review General arrangement drawings and detail drawings.
  • Prepare MTO and provide material specifications for purchase.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers.
  • Participate in inter-disciplinary activities.
  • Estimate total equipment weight with specific material and thickness for estimation purposes.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas specifications and standards (IOCL, HPCL) and Engineering consultants (EIL, Technip, Wood, etc.).
  • Analyze client requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Attend client meetings and ensure project requirements are met.
  • Contribute to project planning and schedule development. Periodically review document status and create backup plans.
  • Provide support to the site and fabrication yard for construction-related issues.
  • Complete projects by training and guiding technicians.
  • Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
  • Additional advantage for experience in design and detail engineering of Boilers, Water, and Thermic Fluid Heaters.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage the in-house design team.
  • Enthusiastic and keen interest in acquiring new technical knowledge.
  • Proactive anticipation and handling of challenging situations at project sites.
Computer Skills Required:
  • PV Elite, Tank, eTank
  • Additional Computer Skills: MS Office, AutoCAD
