Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Accountant opportunity include:

- Construction accounting background is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Sage 300 and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheet, income statements, job cost, and other reports
- Handle Accounts Receivable, including monthly invoicing, recording payments, preparing deposits, and managing overdue payments
- Manage Contracts and Job Costing, including setting up jobs and preparing proposals and change orders
- Perform Billing tasks, such as entering contractor invoices
- Conduct Cash Management and Miscellaneous duties, including bank reconciliations, monthly sales tax returns, workers compensation reports, payroll tax returns, and maintaining accounting software

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
