We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our Site Development Construction firm in Oviedo, Florida! Established in 1989, we specialize in an array of projects including commercial, multifamily, and single-family residential, spanning 1 to over 500 acres. Our unique focus on water systems, sewer networks, storm drainage, retention ponds, curbing, and road construction makes us a leader in our field. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 2-5 years of project management experience
- Experience in Earthwork/Utility Site Development preferred
- Experience using project management software
- Coordinate with company estimators on contracted projects, manage document control, and track project change orders
- Develop and submit project pay applications, and maintain project scheduling
- Handle project submittals, including organizing and tracking shop drawings and submittal documents
- Initiate purchase orders and subcontracts, assist in obtaining vendor quotations, and perform project quantity takeoffs
- Manage utility locate processes, coordinate material testing and results collection, and prepare project close-out documentation

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
