Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roadway Engineer opportunity include:

- 5+ years of FDOT project experience required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in FL required
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), plan reading, and markups (Adobe or Bluebeam)
- Familiarity with FDOT standards and contract operations
- Ability to guide junior staff
- Understanding of roadway facility design
- Expertise in maintaining schedule and budget
- Marketing skills for proposal development
- Experience with drainage, traffic, and structures is a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
