Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Operator opportunity include:

- 2+ years of experience in asphalt plant or paving operations
- Plant Operations and Machine Operation skills
- Experience with maintenance activities and heavy equipment operation
- Quality Control knowledge
- Conduct safety start-up and shut down of the hot plant
- Adjust controls for material flow to conveyors, chutes, pumps, mixers, and bins.
- Maintain proper operating temperatures in the plant
- Inspect equipment, tools, site, and materials; perform general maintenance and repairs
- Operate mobile equipment like front end loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and load materials into trucks/bins
- Collaborate with Quality Control for mix specification compliance and complete various reports; ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
