Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity includes:

- 5+ years of experience as a commercial construction project manager
- Door experience is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
- Knowledge of scheduling software
- Coordinate material preparation and delivery for installation jobs, including preparing pick lists and ensuring materials are with the outgoing job package
- Oversee installation processes, ensuring job scope understanding, adherence to projected labor hours, and addressing on-site issues
- Conduct site visits for challenging projects and liaise between customers and installers to resolve issues
- Handle post-installation activities, including partnering with the Service Manager for follow-ups, reviewing work orders, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing
- Assist in operations, including ordering glass, consulting with departments for manpower allocation, and supporting the office team

Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
