Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Construction opportunity include:

- 10+ years of experience in residential new construction, HVAC preferred
- 5+ years in a senior management role
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Oversee the Residential New Construction, Purchasing, Sales, and Design Departments
- Monitor department performance, track metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans to meet goals
- Manage workload distribution across regions, oversee labor forecasting, and lead recruiting efforts
- Lead and develop Quality Assurance and Safety Programs, including implementing procedures and overseeing training
- Maintain strong builder/vendor relationships and stay informed on industry trends and energy code regulations
- Oversee financial operations, including budget planning and monitoring, and plan for long-term department needs

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
