Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Project Coordinator opportunity include:

- 5-year Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 3-5 years of working experience as an intern architect, pursuing licensure
- Knowledge of architectural principles, practices, and techniques as well as standard operations, policies, and procedures
- Strong concept design skills
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, codes, and regulations
- Demonstrated experience using Revit, Sketch-up, and CADD techniques and principles
- Experience in Lumion or other 3D rendering software, as well as Photoshop preferred
- LEED accreditation and/or EDAC certification preferred
- Collaborate with leadership in all phases of design, from concept to construction documents, and engage in Construction Administration, including job site visits
- Create renderings, 3D images, and presentation materials; develop, modify, and review production drawings; and edit project narratives and specifications

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
