Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Must have experience working on buildings 5 stories or higher
- Experience with site work, utilities, and foundations
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must have reliable transportation
- Expertise in scheduling, multitasking, and overseeing project completion
- Proficient in reading blueprints, understanding construction methods
- Proficient in Office suite and construction software
- Experienced in managing subcontractors and vendors
- Projects include multifamily and hotel renovations and new additions

Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
