Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Coordinator opportunity include:

- Ability to set up work orders to track project flow and ensure completeness
- Experience in reading contracts and making preliminary markups for further review
- Knowledge of obtaining Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Proficiency in maintaining digital and hard copy files, with any database software experience being a plus
- Some familiarity with creating AIA billing and required releases, with the possibility of additional training
- Experience in material ordering and creating purchase orders
- Knowledge of inventory processes, including review, verification, and planning
- Familiar with obtaining payment and performance bonds
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computer Fence Systems, QuickBooks, Procore, Building Connected, Plan Hub, Textura, GCPay, and Alliant Wrap preferred

Salary: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
