Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Administrator opportunity include:

- High rise construction administration experience is desired! Luxury Residential, new construction project experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Oversee and coordinate various aspects of multi-family residential construction projects
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and plans, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee project financials by monitoring budgets, tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and collaborating with the finance team on budgetary concerns
- Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing arising issues

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
