Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Estimator opportunity includes:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of commercial construction estimating experience; drywall experience is a plus
- Ability to use estimating software such as Quick Bid, Plexxis, On Screen Take Off
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Conduct quantity surveys of assemblies, make pre-bid site visits for logistical planning, and comply with local codes and regulations
- Develop project estimates based on scope requirements and client-specific needs, and coordinate special requirements indicated in MEP drawings
- Present and assist in the review of work estimates, including labor, equipment, and project-specific needs, and assist in managing cost estimates for post-contract changes

Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
