Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill a Transportation Technician 3 vacancy to serve as a Contracts Technician located in Tumwater, WA. In this role, you will assist in the processing, preparation, and administration of Architecture & Engineering and Professional Services consultant agreements in support of the statewide consultant program. The Contracts Technician will provide support to internal Contract Services Office (CSO) staff and managers, WSDOT Project Managers, and Engineers in procurement and processing of consultant agreements. They will also advise consultants and respond to inquiries in all matters related to agreement development and administration. Our top candidate must have exceptional communication skills, as this position interacts with various groups internal and external to the Agency.
