Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager opportunity include:

- 7+ years of experience managing multifamily construction projects
- Experience with cost estimation, preparing bids for submission, and Post-Submission Activities including Award and Contract Negotiation is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Procore
- Responsible for overseeing 2-3 sites, ensuring multifamily projects are progressing accordingly

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
