Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technician 3 to support the Bituminous Materials Section in the Bituminous Mixtures Laboratory, which is responsible for supporting statewide WSDOT capitol construction projects and local jurisdictions with bituminous mixture design verification, conformation, and forensic testing. The incumbent must be able to perform complex bituminous mixture testing and prepare, analyze, reduce, and record test data entries. The top candidate will also assist the bituminous testing engineer with maintaining equipment calibration, maintenance, and associated records.
