Responsibilities:

Ability to market, obtain and project current and future workloads.
Establish and maintain scope and project budgets.
Responsible for fostering and maintaining positive client relationships.
Conduct on-site inspections and prepare necessary structure condition report.
Interpret specifications and drawings, recommend and document design modifications, and coordinate with the design team.
Perform Quality Assurance/Quality Checks on all projects to uphold Chastain’s principle of superior service to all our clients.
Description:
Experience working on replacements and/or repairs of bridges and box culverts for IDOT, County Highway Departments and Municipalities.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Structural Engineer (SE) or Professional Engineer (P.E) License, or eligibility to obtain.
Experience managing, leading, and mentoring employees.
