Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator opportunity include:

- 8+ years of construction estimating experience
- General understanding of civil, structural, & piping craft scopes of work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Experience with piping software such as FastEST is a plus
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, encompassing cost, technical, and commercial aspects
- Accurately perform manual takeoffs from provided drawings or MTOs
- Interpret material specifications to determine pricing for materials and labor
- Utilize Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for estimating, collaborate with subcontractors, attend pre-bid meetings, and contribute to schedule, execution plan, and risk analysis
- This position required occasional travel, approximately 6 overnight trips per year

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
