Responsibilities§ Responsible for regular business updates and relevant communication to all shifts.
§ Expected to interface with customers on a variety of topics.
§ Coordinate with other internal and external organizations, exhibit sound decision-making abilities and have outstanding communications skills.
- Direct the daily operation of the manufacturing site to fulfill customer orders while meeting objectives for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
- Plan and deliver annual improvement to operating metrics as developed with the business team.
- Foster an environment of inclusion, engagement, communication, and feedback.
- Exercise sound manufacturing practices to assure personal and environmental safety, while driving continuous improvement.
- Interpret and report results in detailed reports, monthly updates, and oral presentations.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Science or Business discipline; An advanced Degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive Operations supervisory and leadership experience in a manufacturing plant environment.
- 3+ years of experience in a Chemical production manufacturing operation would be a plus.
- Experience Safety, Quality Management, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Industry Technical Management.
