The Position:

We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Shelton, CT. The key focus of this position is to provide the hardware engineering components of power systems for battery formation and battery / cell testing. Primary responsibilities include management of customer specific projects within the product line, engineering solutions based on existing circuitry as well as significantly contributing to the development of new applications and products. Additional responsibilities include:

• Producing designs and documentation for assigned systems and products.

• Maintaining project deadlines for engineering releases (BOM, Drawings, Diagrams)

• Ensuring product quality and performance with respect to design and engineering

• Generating documentation for each project according to the company requirements

About You:

• You have a BS/BA degree or above in Engineering along with 2-3 years of related experience, and are passionate about manufacturing and innovation

• You are familiar with Power Supply design, including experience in high power switching

• Communication, both verbal and written, is one of your key strengths, as well as having excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

• Though you are a team player and can work well with others, you can also work and set priorities independently
