Qualifications and responsibilities for this Factory Night Shift Lead opportunity include:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in machine operation with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards
- Lead and manage a night shift team of approximately 8 workers, including operators and production staff
- Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team members' skills and productivity, conducting regular performance evaluations and addressing issues promptly
- Oversee and manage all aspects of night shift production activities, ensuring seamless coordination with other shifts and departments for continuous operations
- Actively engage in machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
