Qualifications and responsibilities for this Controller opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction accounting experience
- Accounting Degree is a plus
- Must have proficiency with QuickBooks
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, job cost accounting functions, procedures and legislation
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed reports upon request
- In-depth knowledge of payroll, state/federal taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Review and analyze financial reports prepared by the accounting team
- Train and oversee the accounting department in day-to-day accounting tasks
- Provide advanced financial reporting to Owners
- Perform internal and assist with external audits, including insurance audits, while developing and maintaining efficient accounting processes

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
