We specialize in providing Landscape Architecture, Surveying, and Civil and Environmental Engineering services for a wide range of public and private projects, including master planning, parks and recreation, residential subdivisions, and more. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor and/or Masters of Landscape Architecture
- 5+ years of landscape architecture experience
- Registered Landscape Architect in NC
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite
- Experience with preparing and delivering formal presentations
- Conduct meetings with clients, agencies, staff, stakeholders, and management to discuss and manage project progress
- Create graphics for proposals, interviews, RFQ responses, feasibility studies, and preliminary design reports
- Develop loan/grant proposal packages for local government projects
- Perform design work, including conceptual design alternatives, CAD drafting, cost estimates, and technical specifications
- Manage bidding and negotiation processes, including pre-bid meetings, bid opening, contract award, and construction administrative tasks

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
