Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of construction experience, at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Must have hands-on carpentry skills and willingness to perform these duties as needed
- Background in commercial construction is ideal
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and/or Buildertrend is a plus
- Ability to oversee and manage residential construction projects on-site

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
