Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of architectural experience preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Private sector experience, including retail, multi-family, hotels, commercial, historic preservation, recreation facilities, and office buildings
- Manage, teach, coach, and mentor architectural staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Oversee large projects, manage consultants, assign tasks, and develop/maintain client relationships
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, monitor budget and profitability, implement new processes, and manage quality control
- Assist in new business development, proposal writing, and contract negotiation to secure future projects

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
