Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Façade Designer opportunity include:

- 5+ years of experience working in related façade, envelope or contract glazing sector, preferred
- Fundamental understanding of building construction methodology and typical equipment, machinery and rigging that is used
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, tool pathing, MS Office, and PDF editing software such as Adobe or Bluebeam is required
- Proficient with Smartsheet (or similar) and the ability to understand, interpret and create project schedules
- Responsible for working within the façade division
- Translating design concepts into precise and efficient tool paths for our CNC machinery
- Review field verified layout, prepare, and draw project specific panels, optimize, nest and program CNC machines, verify material optimization
- Projects include residential and commercial building envelope, valued up to $15 million

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
