Qualifications and responsibilities for this Inside Service Technician opportunity include:

- Must have experience working on Ice Machines
- EPA Refrigerant Usage certification, Type I & II preferred
- Respond to inquiries on incoming service lines
- Provide 24/7 Tech Line support on a scheduled On-Call basis
- Identify and report major field service problems
- Assist Installation Coordinator with technical support, agent contact, invoice processing, and act as a field service representative when required
- Please note that this is an in-office position

Salary: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
