Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sr. Civil Project Manager opportunity include:

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field
- 10+ years of experience in design and management of land development projects
- Florida Professional Engineer (PE) License required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, and HEC-RAS
- Lead end-to-end project coordination, overseeing due diligence, planning, entitlements, civil engineering design, and regulatory permitting
- Manage project aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, coordination of external consultants, project tracking, and billing
- Supervise and contribute to civil engineering design for diverse elements such as site geometry, grading, drainage, roadway, water distribution, wastewater collection/transmission, and parks
- Serve as Engineer of Record for various projects and/or project tasks
- Projects include residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, resort, recreation, infrastructure, and attractions

Salary: $130,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
