Qualifications and responsibilities for this CAD/Civil 3D Design Tech opportunity include:

- 3+ years’ experience in land development civil engineering design and plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, StormCAD, ICPR, HEC-RAS and other engineering design software
- Experience with site geometric design, grading design, drainage design and utility design is a plus
- Experience with 3DS Max, SketchUp and/or ArcGIS is a plus
- Develop illustrative exhibits, concept plans, and preliminary subdivision plans for various projects
- Create comprehensive site layouts, roadway plans, utility plans, and drainage plans, including profiles and cross sections
- Prepare construction details, specifications, erosion control plans, and site grading plans to ensure accurate and detailed documentation for construction projects

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
