Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent opportunity include:

- 15+ years of Luxury Residential construction experience
- Must have ground-up, high-rise experience
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel
- OSHA Certification is a plus
- Review and summarize client contracts, providing project executives with essential details such as contract amount, project timeline, and change order percentages
- Manage project scheduling, ensuring timely completion and overseeing project drawings and specifications
- Direct trade work according to construction schedules and address potential site condition changes
- Coordinate inspections, site surveying, and forecasting to completion, ensuring project budgets align with expectations

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
