Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Superintendent opportunity include:

- 5+ years of recent construction management experience
- Must have residential construction experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
- Certification in OSHA regulations (minimum 10-hour OSHA Certification)
- First aid Certification
- Coordinate scheduling of trades and personnel to ensure timely project completion
- Direct and oversee on-site construction teams, providing leadership and management
- Implement safety procedures and communication protocols across all job sites
- Procure necessary materials for construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality control standards
- Inspect work of crews to guarantee compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare reports, cost estimates, and design recommendations, while ensuring compliance with building and safety codes

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
