Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Drafter opportunity include:

- 3+ years of architectural drafting experience using Revit
- Bachelor's degree of Architecture or related field is a plus
- Revit Architecture Certification is a plus
- Working knowledge of construction techniques, construction schedules, and related coordinating details and dimensions
- Translate 3D design models into precise drawings adhering to building codes and project specifications
- Track and update time spent on projects
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with drafting standards
- Assist in permit expediting, including picking up/dropping off plans, applications, and related tasks
- Update Architectural CAD/REVIT files, conduct site visits, and maintain project documentation, including organizing digital and physical archives

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers PTO, paid holidays, and medical coverage starting in 2024.
