Qualifications and responsibilities for this HR Generalist opportunity include:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ Years of experience working in the HR field, with proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent
- Experience with labor relations and compliance
- Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems experience is a plus
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, conduct new hire onboarding, handle employee benefits, ensure regulations' compliance, address employee relations issues, and facilitate training programs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws

Salary: $58,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers PTO, paid holidays, and medical coverage starting in 2024.
