Qualifications and responsibilities for this Procurement Coordinator opportunity include:

- 3+ years prior experience in construction procurement, logistics, or related field
- Experience in blueprint reading and estimation is a major plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including contract and purchase order preparation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and utility companies to ensure timely material deliveries and services
- Administer documentation and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all procurement-related documents
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors; collaborate with design and architecture department for project requirements
- Oversee logistics of material deliveries, including coordination with freight and customs clearance brokers; assist in project budgeting and material takeoff processes

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
