Our family-owned company operates nearly 40 quarries throughout Central Wisconsin, providing custom crushing and aggregates for numerous building projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Operations opportunity include:

- 10 years’ experience in construction or mining, in a Senior Project Manager position
- Must have business development experience within the construction or mining industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Understanding of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling, operational budgets, and forecasts
- Roadwork construction and earthwork background is a plus
- Will be responsible for directing and managing all operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, quality, maintenance, and financials

Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
