Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Engineer opportunity include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of land development experience including development of site layouts, planning, platting and site grading
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Hydraflow and Storm Sewers
- Proficiency in site layout, roadway design, grading, hydrology, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.
- Conduct site research and prepare due diligence reports for new projects
- Lead small teams in planning, designing, permitting, and overseeing construction administration for residential subdivisions, including various civil design elements
- Check designs, details, estimates, plans, and specifications of engineering projects and implement necessary changes
- Serve as a point-of-contact for clients, review agencies, contractors, and various departments involved in land development projects

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
